Lighthouse in Barcelona: INVISIBLE FIELDS, GEOGRAPHIES OF RADIO WAVES

Invisible Fields is a major new international exhibition at Arts Santa Mònica at the end of Les Rambles in Barcelona, corpoduced by Lighthous in Brighton. It brings together over a dozen internationally known artists, designers and scientists to explore the radio spectrum – the invisible environment that uderpins contemporary technology. Co-curated by José Luis de Vicente and Honor Harger, the show includes significant works by Rafael Lozano-Hemmer, Trevor Paglen, Timo Arnall, Joyce Hinterding and many more. Filmoteca de Catalunya in Barcelona

The Filmoteca de Catalunya - the Barcelona‘s cinematheque – shows a diverse programme of historical, classic and independent cinema and organises various parallel activities like seminars and round table discussions about different film-related topics. In addition to its cinema, the Filmoteca has a large archive and an extensive library dedicated to the seventh art.
